Inter IKEA Systems B.V. is de eigenaar van de intellectuele eigendomsrechten op foto’s en andere content zoals deze zich op deze website bevindt (IISBV IP Content). Hoewel het is toegestaan om IISBV IP Content te delen op de social networking websites waar deze website links naar aanbiedt, geeft Inter IKEA Systems B.V. met betrekking tot de IISBV IP Content expliciet geen licentie dan wel draagt zij het eigendom daarvan over dan wel doet zij anderszins daarvan afstand, noch tegenover u, noch tegenover de eigenaar van de desbetreffende social media networking website of enige andere derde partij. De toekenning van het recht om de IISBV IP Content te delen omvat niet het recht om de IISBV IP Content op enige wijze te wijzigen, van gedaante te veranderen of er afgeleide werken van te maken. Het recht om te delen is verder beperkt tot niet-commercieel gebruik. Voor alle gebruik van IISBV Content anders dan het delen daarvan op social media networking websites of anders dan persoonlijk, niet-commercieel gebruik is expliciete voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming nodig. Inter IKEA Systems B.V. behoudt zich te allen tijden het recht voor om de door haar hiervoor gegeven toestemming om de IISBV IP Content te delen in te trekken en om alle beschikbare rechtsmaatregelen te nemen om misbruik van het recht om de IISBV IP Content te delen tegen te gaan. Inter IKEA Systems B.V. is niet verantwoordelijk en/of aansprakelijk voor, en geeft geen ondersteuning aan, welke mening, service of advertentie dan ook zoals beschikbaar op social media networking sites.

By installing the embeddable application ("IKEA Catalogue Widget") and using it to display the IKEA Catalogue you agree to the terms set out below.


1. Licence

1.1 IKEA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right and licence to download, access and use the IKEA Catalogue Widget to display the IKEA Catalogue only.

1.2 All rights including intellectual property rights in the IKEA Catalogue Widget and IKEA Catalogue remain the property of Inter IKEA Systems B.V.

2. Use of IKEA Catalogue Widget and IKEA Catalogue

2.2 The IKEA Catalogue Widget is for non-commercial use or use in relation to marketing or sale of products and services other than products and services offered under the IKEA Concept only.

2.3 You may not copy, rent, lease, sell, re-publish, edit, alter or add to the IKEA Catalogue in any way, nor combine the IKEA Catalogue with any other material.

2.4 You may not copy, rent, lease, sell, distribute, unzip, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise disassemble the IKEA Catalogue Widget or create derivative works or improvements or use any of its constituent elements in any way.

3. Warranties & Liability

3.1 The IKEA Catalogue Widget and IKEA Catalogue is made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis and you download, install and use the IKEA Catalogue Widget and access the IKEA Catalogue at your own discretion and risk.

3.2 You agree that you are responsible for all third party software, hardware, and services used in connection with the IKEA Catalogue Widget. Any third party software, hardware, and services (whether required or optional) that you use in conjunction with the IKEA Catalogue Widget, is the sole responsibility of such third party, and is subject to the terms, conditions, warranties and disclaimers provided by such third party.

3.3 The IKEA has taken reasonable care to ensure that the IKEA Catalogue Widget and IKEA Catalogue contain no inaccuracies, errors, viruses or defects however Inter IKEA Systems B.V. does not warrant that this is the case.3.4 Inter IKEA Systems B.V. or its franchisees shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising form or connected to the IKEA Catalogue Widget or IKEA Catalogue.

3.5 You are advised to take all reasonable precautions to protect your computer from virus infection.

3.6 Inter IKEA Systems B.V. may change or remove the IKEA Catalogue at its sole discretion and may block use of the IKEA Catalogue Widget if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

4. Indemnification

4.1 You agree to indemnify and hold Inter IKEA Systems B.V., its licensors and franchisees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party in connection with or arising out of your download, access, and/or use of IKEA Catalogue Widget, including the IKEA Catalogue provided therein, your violation of any term or condition of these Terms and Conditions, your violation of applicable laws or any rights of another person or entity.

5. General

5.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Dutch laws. All disputes arising in connection with the present Agreement shall be finally settled under the Rules of Conciliation and Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce. All communications and proceedings shall be held in the English language. The place of arbitration being Paris, France.

5.2 These Terms and Conditions continue until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms and Conditions by discontinuing use of the IKEA Catalogue Widget and the IKEA Catalogue and by destroying all your copies thereof. These Terms and Conditions terminate automatically if you violate any term hereof, Inter IKEA Systems B.V. publicly posts a written notice of termination on Inter IKEA Systems B.V.’s web site (www.franchisor.ikea.com), or Inter IKEA Systems B.V. sends a written (including email or text message) notice of termination to you directly
